Print off the "Handprint Craft" art activity and get busy creating!
- plaster of paris
- bowl and stirrer (to mix the plaster)
- aluminum pie plate
- large paper clip
- baby powder
Directions:
1. Mix the plaster of paris up following the directions on the package in the bowl with the stirrer.
2. Pour the mixture in to the aluminum pie plate.
3. Before you press your hand down in the plaster of paris, coat your hand in baby powder so it pulls up easily.
4. Put in the large paper clip at the top to hang.
5. Let the plaster of paris dry completely.
6. Paint your impression with your favorite color.
7. Take out of pie tin and hang.
