Props
Smock, paints, paintbrushes, muffin tins, paper, crayons, markers, colored pencils, pastels, yarn, felt, homemade dough, air dry clay, aluminum foil, toothpicks, ink pads, sponge, rubber stamps, glitter, feathers, cotton balls, googly eyes, craft foam, sequins, glue stick, scissors, colored tissue paper, and recycling materials (magazines, egg cartons, jars…).
Activities
  • Set up your materials so they are convenient like an art studio.
  • Decide what you would like to create; painting, crafts play with dough etc…
  • Have an art show.
  • Learn and research artist.
  • Visit art museums or go to an artist’s studio.
